Quaint cottage in the heart of Livingston, just 4 blocks to downtown. Come enjoy our little 840 square foot, 1900, two bedroom haven, our newly updated kitchen, and enclosed yard for your furry friends. Your stay includes the use of 32 inch tv, links to netflix and prime (does NOT have cable tv), and of course: wifi. Our kitchen comes with many condiments, oil, coffee and cream, a keurig coffee maker, butter, a blender, and other kitchen essentials. Please go on to read the "other notes." This house has two beds: one queen and one single bed, so enough for 3 people to stay. You are renting the entire house. Guest has free access to living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, and yard. Make my home your home. IF YOU BRING DOGS, I DO EXPECT YOU TO LEAVE ME 25$ PER DOG, THIS INCLUDES A GUEST DOG FOR THE DAY ETC. (Please- if you bring a pet please pick up your own dog doodoo from the yard. OR I ask that you leave an additional $20 for dog doo doo pick up). I normally just leave the doors open on the day of check in. I like to give my guests ultimate privacy. I will not be on premises during your stay unless some outside maintenance needs my attention (watering the yard, recycling etc.) I am always available via text or phone call. Just 4 blocks from historic downtown Livingston! Not far from mayers landing, and Sacajawea park, a lovely walk on the yellowstone river. Best place to be in nature or take your dog for a walk. This neighborhood has some small, run down houses. It is not the upper class neighborhood of Livingston. Livingston has a free bus around town and a bus that goes to Bozeman once or twice per day. Street parking is available for your car. Please take note that our home is built in 1900, and that I enjoy antique decor. Please do not book my home if you are looking for ultra modern decor, or absolute perfection. This is NOT the hilton hotel. I do strive for ultra cleanliness, but the space has the quirks of age. The marble counter tops have water marks, there are scratches on the floor. There will be quirks. It is a home. I would like you to know that whenever possible I use eco friendly hypo allergenic cleaning products and detergent. The beds are dressed with 100% cotton, breathable sheets. Another thing to note is the one bathroom has a very small tub and shower. The shower height is not very tall, it is about 5 foot 5. Just an FYI if you are tall, you might need to take a bath instead of standing to shower. Also, this neighborhood has some small run down homes and some yardspaces that are a bit of a mess. This is not the upper class neighborhood of Livingston. The beds that are in are home are also firm Newly bought mattresses. You may not want to stay here if you like your mattress ultra soft.
