Located mere minutes from the hustle and bustle of the Taos plaza, this home is nestled in a quaint and quiet neighborhood, complete with mature trees and expansive views. Whether you are in Taos to shop, explore the history of the Taos Pueblo or play in Carson National Forest, this home is a perfect place for you, your friends and family to unwind after a long day. The large and spacious living area is open, warm and inviting; ideal for guests to enjoy a few laughs over cocktails, lounge and watch a movie or start up a game of charades. Off the living room is the kitchen, stocked with all cookware necessary to prepare full meals, and the adjoining dining area where meals and stories can be shared around a large, Spanish style table. Upstairs guests have access to the master and secondary bedrooms, each with their own private, full bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a large couch and propane fire place, ideal for reading a good book in the evening before retiring or flipping through the paper in the morning whilst sipping coffee. Each room has a sliding door with wonderful, serene views of the neighborhood. This home has everything you need for your next get away to Taos and the land of Enchantment! Guest have access to the whole house - no shared spaces. There is a small, private courtyard off the downstairs living room. As your host, I take a hands off approach. The home is accessible with a key code. So there is no reason for me to interact with guests directly unless there is an emergency or another extenuating circumstance that would require a face to face meeting. I am always available to answer a phone call or text message; however, for most guests the need to interact with me directly will never arise. There is a lot to do in Taos. Too much to list here. The plaza, during peak winter and summer months, becomes very congested with car traffic. From this house you can stroll past motorist waiting in bumper to bumper traffic and attempting to find parking! There is a washer and dryer available to use. The house is equipped with fiber optic Wi-Fi running 50 Mbps.The propane fire places are thermostat controlled.
