During the spring, summer and fall months, guest have access to boat dock and fully equipped 2-person Malibu Kayak. Our family condominium is equipped with every amenity. The view is of the Marina and Heavenly Lake Tahoe are the best in the area. The downstairs living/kitchen area allows guest to spill out into the yard in nice weather. Everything is clean and in good working order. We try and update something new every year. This year we installed new flat screen TVs in every room. Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway. Our guest have access to all Tahoe Keys Property Owner amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tubs, multiple tennis courts and beach access. I live 10 minutes from the condo and I am always willing to lend a hand or offer local advice. I often try and greet new guest. Once guest are settled, I make sure they have privacy to enjoy our family vacation home and Lake Tahoe. Most everyone raves about the views of the marina, the meadow and Heavenly Lake Tahoe. Unfortunately, the best transportation is by car. Restaurants and some shopping is available by bikes. In the spring and summer, you can catch a trolly from South Lake Tahoe to Tahoe City. Boat rentals are available from the marina. Cabs are also available but expensive based on the distance. Beach access is a very short walk. The property is truly our families vacation property. It is not an income property. We rent it to maintain it and keep it. We hope it gives you as much joy as it has given us since 1978. During winter month the upstairs and downstairs deck may be in accessible or not cleaned because of weather and snow. Owner lives 10 minutes from the condo and is available almost anytime by text. Best view in the Tahoe Keys! Easy parking and located in the center of South Lake Tahoe. Facilites offered to guest include a private beach, indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool, sand volley ball, basket ball hoop and tennis courts.
