Our home sits on 6 acres and has plenty of room to roam. The home itself is over 4700 square feet. There is parking for 10 or more vehicles and large vehicles or Rv's are welcomed as well. We are on a street with very little traffic. With over a 1/2 acre of grass, kids and adults alike will have plenty of room to roam, play and relax. The home has a massive (1000 sq. feet) porch that wraps around on 3 sides. The back porch is facing southeast and is almost always in the shade and is a great place for groups to lounge, relax and bbq. Guests have access to the entire house(minus one storage room) and a large portion of the 6 acre property. Outdoor pets may be accommodated with request to the owner. There is an onsite kennel. I will be close by if you need any help. Our home sits in a very quiet, rural part of the valley. There is very little traffic on the road and the home sits over 200 feet off the road. If you throw a rock from the property you won't be able to hit another house even if you tried. Our home is exactly 55 miles from the Salt Lake City Airport. Help with ground transportation from airport can be arranged per request to the owner. Outdoor activities can be found in every direction. From hiking, biking, horseback riding, water sports of every kind. There are several great dining options within 5-10 minutes. The views of the mountains and valley are endless and spectacular.
