A house that epitomizes Hawaiian outdoor living:  Great Ocean Views, large lanai area covering two sides of the house, private pool and yard, in a quiet gated community close to downtown Kailua Kona. This comfortable and well-appointed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is located within Kahakai Estates, a gated community, at the end of cul-de- sac that provides privacy while being convenient to all that Kailua-Kona has to offer.
The 3600 square feet of living space is made up of a main floor living area that has two distinct areas with direct access to the pool.  You can have privacy in the reading/lounge area or share with others in the TV great room area which is open to the gourmet, well-stocked kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is great for entertaining with granite countertops, 6-burner gas stove, stainless steel appliances and is stocked with All Clad stainless steel cookware. There is access from the kitchen and dining areas to the back yard that is great for sunning and the outdoor kitchen complete with a grill, sink and refrigerator. There is a main floor junior -master suite with a king bed and a full bed (great for parent’s with young children) with a spacious closet and full bath. 
There is a Master Suite on the upper floor, with a king bed, walk-in closet, soaking tub, separate shower, with access to a large lanai boasting great ocean views.   There are two bedrooms, with a “jack and jill” bathroom with dual sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a King Bed and the 3rd bedroom has Two Double Beds. These rooms also have access to the large upper, covered lanai with a wet bar, the perfect place to enjoy a famous Hawaiian sunset.
Throughout the home you will be surrounded by luxury, comfort and technology. The home was professionally furnished, stocked and designed to enhance the experience for every guest. The floors are hardwood throughout the living area’s while the bedrooms enjoy the comfort of carpet. There are ceiling fans in every room and along the outdoor area, there is a 2-zone air conditioning system that is available, Wireless Internet, a new 55” LED television in the Family Room and master bedroom and 40” LED Televisions in all other  bedrooms, equipped with satellite TV, with DVR’s plus Netflix, Hulu, etc.
This property is located in a private community that requires quiet time from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.  If you are planning a luau, large gathering or party – please do not inquire on this property.
Minimum 5 night rental during value and high season, minimum 10 nights during Ironman. This is a no smoking, no pets property with a maximum occupancy of 10 people. Hawaii Tax ID: 006-558-9248-01. Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home.  They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.

We also have team members living near the resort area ( about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc. Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP. We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners.
