Relax and rejuvenate in this spacious, 1600 square foot, two bedroom, 2-1/2 bath, two story townhome, Big Island Turtle House. Here you will find everything you need for the perfect Hawaiian vacation. This townhome, #1104, is on the western perimeter of The Fairways, an upscale enclave within the Mauna Lani Resort complex. Both lanais offer sunset views and exceptional privacy.
You will find it equipped and maintained to a high standard. It is recently redecorated with comfortable new furnishings and lighting. The property owners also provided nice linens, a choice of pillows, lots of dishes, plenty of towels, a very well appointed kitchen and all beach essentials. Artworks and soft colors complete the scene. There is a fantastic outdoor dining and grilling area with a built in Viking gas BBQ.
This is a great place for a first, second, or thirtieth honeymoon. The lavish master suite has its own lanai. The expansive view from this lanai, overlooking the 12th tee, stretches west to the ocean then north to the Kohala mountains. Sunsets are always visible and most of the year the surf will lull you to sleep. There is a round lounging bed big enough for two and a separate area with chairs and a table for cocktails or cards.
Then there is the beach!  Big Island Turtle House provides access to the Resort beach club. Many consider this one of the best snorkeling beaches on the Big Island. It also offers protected swimming and a great place to build a sand castle.

The lower level features a half bath, spacious living room with comfortable sofa, chairs and plenty of reading lamps. There is a flat-screen HDTV/DVD. A well equipped gourmet kitchen with granite bar and stools, dining area, full-sized laundry room, and outdoor covered lanai with Viking gas grill and wet bar complete the first floor.
Upstairs, the sprawling master suite boasts a king bed and adjoining sitting area opening to a very private lanai. The tile and granite bath includes a walk-in shower and separate Jacuzzi tub.
The second bedroom is located on the upper floor with an ensuite tile and granite bath. This bedroom can be set up as either two twin beds or very comfortable king (upon request & for a fee). The two bedrooms are well situated for privacy for either two couples to share or for a couple with one or two children.
The private Mauna Lani Beach Club is yours to enjoy. It features a gated parking lot (accessed via provided card key), cabanas, lounge chairs, rest rooms, beach rental shack and restaurant. We provide beach necessities for your use…beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, big beach towels and more. If you're in the mood for a pool the Fairways' tiled garden pool with waterfall and hot tub is yours to enjoy. The Fairways exercise room provides a place for your daily workout routine.
A 10 minute drive to the north takes you to the famed Hapuna and Mauna Kea beaches, frequently voted among the best in the United States. Within the Mauna Lani Resort, the two hotels each offer first class dining and spa experiences. Even more dining choices are available within the Shoppes. You'll find the convenient Foodland Market located there as well, a handy stop for all grocery purchases.

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 200 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of the Big Island ( this island is named Hawaii, same name as the State). We are located right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area ( about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc. Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP. We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners.
