The house is perched on an 1 & 1/2 acres of lushly landscaped grounds, facing the Pacific Ocean. There are bananas, lychee, passion fruit, avocado, mango and more. You can enjoy the spectacular Kona sunsets, and distant views of Kailua-Kona from two lanais.
This property has 2 bedrooms upstairs both with queen beds and adjoining baths. Then downstairs through an outside path is an additional bedroom with a queen bed and adjoining bath. The houses unique Hawaiian layout uses Shoji doors to close off the rooms that are otherwise open to the main living area.
