Words can hardly capture the beauty of this luxury oceanfront estate. Truly the best location on the entire Kona coast. The house is located in exclusive Kona Bay Estates. This community has 24 hour security and is gated. You can walk to Kona village where there is fine dining, shopping, and lots of activities or grab your towel and walk to a white sandy beach and lagoon a few hundred feet away. Keiki beach is ideal for children and swimming.  The house sits on over half an acre of tropical landscaping. There is an open air entry through doors to a pond waterfall and a second entry into the house. You will be awe struck with the view of the blue Pacific Ocean overlooking the pool with mosaic turtles.
The main living area has folding doors that open on 3 sides of the house to bring the outside in, along with all the ocean breezes.   The main area is fabulous for entertaining, from the gourmet kitchen, large curved granite bar, Koa entertainment center, and dining area for all your guests.  With the doors open your living area seems to expand right to the ocean.
The owner has recently added AC in all the bedrooms, updated many of the furnishings, invested in new sliding doors to ensure the open air feeling of the main floor living area is easy to access.  There has been additional investment in landscaping upgrades, pride of ownership is evident with the continued investment in the property.  Most people have the doors open to take advantage of the sea breezes and/or are away from the home during the day. Therefore, the AC thermostat is preset to shut off at 10:30 am and 2:30 pm during the day, operates continuously at night, with a minimum temperature of 74 degrees, which helps reduce electricity costs, while saving the planet.
The master bedroom suite is privately situated upstairs with incredible views. So romantic you'll never want to leave. Canopy king bed, sitting area, etched glass walk in shower, jetted tub, (looking onto the ocean) and walk in closet. There is a separate media lounge area. This area does have a convertible sofa for extra sleeping. Leading from the media room are spiral stairs up to the observation room with twin beds. The observation room has 360 degree windows for great views of the ocean and mountains. Prefect place for older children to hang out.



The 2nd floor has a 2nd suite with a queen canopy bed, and private bath. The 3rd suite is on the main level with a king bed and lanai overlooking the pond, and water fall.
The home is ideally located within 1 mile of Kailua-Kona village, Kailua pier, abundant variety of dining options, and walking distance to 6 lighted tennis courts, and waterfront shopping.  Besides the private pool, there is a swimming lagoon and beautiful white sand beach within the gated community. This lagoon is one of the few places on the Kona Coast which is useable all year round. The shallow water warms during the day making it comfortable for swimming year around.
As part of your reservation, access to concierge services are included.  There are options for:  maid service, airport pickup, lei greetings, private whale watching/snorkeling/tours, and private chefs.

There is a 5 night minimum stay/10 during Ironman & Christmas season. This is a non-smoking, no pets property. Hawaii Tax ID: 022-625-4848-01. Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home.  They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.

Aloha and welcome to the Big Island. We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island. Kona Coast Vacations manages over 200 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of the Big Island ( this island is named Hawaii, same name as the State). We are located right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area ( about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc. Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP. We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners.
