From Honolulu International Airport

300 Rodgers Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96819 Get on I-H-1 W from Aolele St and HI-92 W 1.6 mi. Take I-H-3 E to HI-630 E/Mokapu Blvd. Take exit 14 from I-H-3 E 15.2 mi. Follow HI-630 E/Mokapu Blvd, Kainui Dr and N Kalaheo Ave to Kaumana Pl in Kailua 2.6 mi. Merge onto HI-630 E/Mokapu Blvd 0.6 mi. Turn right onto Oneawa St 0.1 mi. Take the 1st left onto Kainui Dr 0.7 mi. Turn right onto N Kalaheo Ave 0.6 mi. Turn left onto Pilipu Place. The house will be the first house on the left. No more than four cars are allowed.

Set on a private road with private beach access, Kailua Beachside is a 4BD/4BA (over 2,800 square feet) estate home that has been extensively remodeled and well-cared for. Nestled amongst mature landscaping, the property offers luxurious privacy. Fine finishings with a relaxed tropical feel make up this open floor plan one story home, resulting in flowing trade winds and lots of natural light. The interior living area opens up to a covered lanai and private swimming pool. The pool area has an outdoor dining table and bar area, chaise lounges, and a covered bale with a daybed and newly renovated full bathroom with shower.

The master bedroom with private access to the pool area has a King bed with ensuite bath, split a/c unit, and large sitting area equipped with a sofa sleeper. The remaining three bedrooms each have a Queen bed and a/c units. There is also a bonus room off one of the guest rooms with two twin trundle beds, perfect for families with children. The floors are travertine tile throughout except for the bedrooms which have carpet.

Just a few houses off the beach, the home has public beach access to the famous Kailua Beach. A half mile of white sand, sparkling turquoise waters, and gentle flowing breezes are what await you at this iconic beach. The buzzing town of Kailua offers trendy boutiques and both casual and fine dining. Kailua is 30 minutes outside of Honolulu and Waikiki.
