Phone calls to the front desk will not be accepted.

Entry Authorization

For entry authorization during business hours, please fax BOTH the Executive Office at and the Front Desk at. Please send the fax for same day entry only. Include the name of the vendor, their contact phone number and reason for entry. Once we have your cleaner’s information, we do not need a fax for their entry as it should follow the check ins and check outs. All keys given out by the front desk must be returned to the front desk at the end of entry.

It is expected that some of your property management activities are going to be related to your check ins and check outs so you may need to come on property to inspect the unit. These activities must occur during business hours and are allowed 7 days a week. If there is an emergency in unit 456 after hours, please let the Front Desk know the nature of the emergency. Please send us a fax to both the Executive Office and the Front Desk requesting entry to the unit.

Our Luxury Ocean View condo is PRIVATELY MANAGED. Our condo is not in the Rental Program, so rest assure that our condo photos that you see here, is the one that you will rent from us. The condo unit is located in building 4 on the 5th floor end corner unit. YES, THIS IS OCEANVIEW, from the lanai, the kitchen the dining room, the living room, the quest bedroom too!

You will lack nothing inside or out of this condo. Our condo's stylish indoor living space is well appointed, very comfortable and attractive. The living space flows seamlessly from an open living and dining area to the private lanai with the breathtaking ocean views! Our designer kitchen area is large and open, and well equipped. We also have installed a Osmosis water filter in the kitchen.

Our condo has an open floor plan design, taking full advantage of the views as it is surrounded by large open windows, the advantage of our corner condo. The dining room has a large family sized table with seating for a party of 6 and there is also a kitchen island bar, that has added seating next to the dining room. Make mealtime preparation enjoyable in your fully appointed and very spacious kitchen. The kitchen features top of the line Stainless Steel appliances, granite counter tops and wood cabinets fully stocked for your gourmet cooking or if you choose use of the BBQ's at poolside. There is also a BBQ Grill Chef to do all the grilling for you while you relax beach side.

Our living room area is spacious and of contemporary design, still family friendly and comfortable. The decor is infused with the spirit of tropical elegance. Entertainment amenities include a 42 in. Sony flat screen TV, Sony Blue-Ray DVD and CD PLAYER SYSTEM , with secure WIFI internet service available in the condo. The master bedroom also has a 36 in. flat screen TV. For your security we also have installed a room safe for your valuables. The sofa pullout is a queen size, for the additional sleeping arrangements.

Our Master bedroom has a wonderful California King bed with luxurious linens and also extra large walk-in closet. There are 2 queen sized beds in the Guest bedroom; our queen sofa sleeper in living room, the condo is a perfectly comfortable fit for a party up to 6 adults. Both the Master bath and the Guest bath feature spacious walk-in showers, floor to ceiling tiles, large vanities, lots of mirrors, well lit, and plenty of space. We also equip both bathrooms with hair dryers too! Last but not least we need to mention our laundry room, it has a full sized in-suite washer/dryer as well as iron and ironing board, just in case you are feeling a bit home sick... we stock the laundry soap for you.

Open the living room lanai sliders to lap up the crystal blue pacific ocean and beach views front and center.. Take a walk down the path way and enjoy the best beach on Maui. Our beach out front is the world famous Kaanapali Beach, here you can sun, swim, snorkel, surf, or even just lounge on the sandy beach! See the photos of our large pool area, designed for all members of your family to enjoy. If you enjoy tennis we have great tennis courts along with our new state of art Fitness center. Once you are done you can also go to our spa and relax with a great full body massage!!! When you have had enough sun, surf and beach activities for the day, head back to the condo to your private lanai, we have set up a nice relaxing seating area, and also a outdoor patio table and chairs.. here you can relax and watch the world pass by, or sip your favorite java, take a nap, also great to sit back with a ice cold refreshment and watch the wonderful Maui sunsets! It is spectacular, you won't want to leave!!! Air-conditioned, free parking, this is a real treasure! So just bring a good book, and yourself, this is your paradise!!! Come relax and enjoy, you will not be disappointed...
