This unit is VERY peaceful!  The waves crashing on the rocks pretty much drowns out any ambient noise in the other units and the beautifully maintained lawn is your back yard to the water.  It is a corner unit on the ground floor so it opens up the "private space" for this condo.  The complex next door faces south so there are no other units that look over your lanai.  The sunsets from the lanai are spectacular!  Perfect unit for watching the outriggers in the morning, the spinner dolphins, parasailers, some surfers and crazy spear fishers!  Very clean and quiet.  
One of the best locations in the complex, this unit features 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen & ceilings fans. Being on the end, you have a nice bank of floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom, and a smaller window in the shower, which allows not only good ventilation, but adds lots of daylight.   The bedroom has a Queen bed and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room to accommodate additional guests.
The solar heated swimming pool is ideally situated at the ocean edge along with a sandy beach, picnic area, and gas barbecues.  A unique salt water pool is next to the ocean. The Salt Water pool is adjacent to but not on the Kona Isle property and it is owned by the State of Hawaii.  Use at your own risk.  The town of Kailua (shopping and restaurants) is a short walk, as are beaches, snorkeling, and the Ali'i Garden Marketplace. Free WiFi access in complex.

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 200 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of the Big Island ( this island is named Hawaii, same name as the State). We are located right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area ( about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc. Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP. We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners.
