One of the newest and nicest gated communities in the world-famous Waikoloa Beach Resort, Hali'i Kai boasts one of the best kept secret, the only oceanfront pool, fitness center, lounge and cafe center of any complex on the Big Island. With so many amenities at Hali'i Kai, you may never need to leave the property, which stretches from the greens of the golf course to the lava rock shoreline of the ocean. At day's end, luxuriate in the 3 spaciously designed bedrooms of this ground level corner unit property which accommodates 6 and includes a king master suite with views of the ocean, golf course and volcano's and a en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and separate tub and shower as well as a walk-in-closet. The additional 2 bedrooms offer 1 queen bedroom and 1 king bedroom which can also be converted into 2 twin beds allowing comfort for 3 couples or a family retreat. Both bedrooms share another full bathroom with tub-shower combo. Each bedroom is also provided with 37' flat screen LCD TV's.



Before heading to the beach or the pool, wash your suits from yesterday in the separate laundry room right in the unit with a full size washer/dryer. When it's time to check out the rest of the island, walk a few steps to your private designated parking space. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, a beach umbrella and cooler for your use.



The Ocean Club, an oceanfront clubhouse with 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean, features a large black bottom lagoon-style, multi-level swimming pool with a soothing waterfall and a heated lava rock spa with a sandy bottom. There is also a poolside bar and grill, and outdoor covered lounge area along with a do-it-yourself BBQ area. And you'll almost forget you're working out while watching TV or gazing out at the azure blue sea while the waves crash on lava rock at the state-of-the-art Exercise Cabana. During the migrating humpback whale season (December-April), you will enjoy a front row seat as these magnificent mammals hug the coastline offering a perfect viewing location. With 340 sunny days a year and less than 10 inches of annual rainfall this is the place to ultimately relax. There is a $20/daily fee the resort charges for your entire groups use of the Ocean Club.



A seaside trail runs from the Ocean Club to the magnificent Hilton Waikoloa Resort offering an easy 5 minute walking access to worldly restaurants, marvelous artwork, the opportunity to swim with dolphins and either a monorail or teak boat will assist you in viewing this incredible expansive property.

It will be hard to choose between six spectacular 18-hole golf courses in a 7 mile radius. If relaxation is more your style, visit the six world-class spas that offer a variety of exotic treatments, including body wraps, healing stone massages, and Hawaiian lomi lomi. For a little culture, attend a luau, hike the King's Trail to view ancient Hawaiian petroglyphs, take in a sunset catamaran sail, snorkel, swim with dolphins, shop at the world-class Kings' and Queens' Shops, and spend the evening sampling the best in island cuisine.
