This private, top floor, corner suite offers sweeping, direct oceanfront views towards the islands of Lanai and Molokai. Tastefully renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite has extra side windows which let in additional sunlight and cool trade winds. Fully equipped kitchen complete with large island, granite counter tops, and full size stainless steel appliances. Other extras include a fully stocked beach bin, flat screen high definition TV, free long distance to U.S. and Canada and free wireless internet. Watch whales, dolphins and turtles from the living room (seasonal). 1 King bed and 1 Queen sleeper sofa. 590 sq. ft. Minimum 4 night rental. There is a $150.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a 3% processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge. 14.42% State Taxes added to all rates. ** SEAWALL REPAIR SPECIAL ** 

The Kahana Reef complex is in the middle of repairing the seawall. Phase 1 has been completed.  Phase 2 will begin June 1, 2019.   Some of the things you may expect during construction:  Construction hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm, with heavy construction starting after 9am. Depending on the tide, sometimes the work will start earlier than 8am. The work will require heavy machinery. The work will be loud and disruptive.  Part of the work is the removal of existing concrete which will require hammering. South area of parking lot will lose parking spaces to construction equipment and supplies. Parking may be a little tight and if necessary, the one car per unit policy will be enforced.  Makai lawn areas will be off limits in and around the construction area, beginning at the south end.

The pool may or may not be closed at some point. That will be determined as work moves closer to the pool area..
