Daily maid service is an additional charge. 14.42% State Taxes added to all rates.  Plus cleaning and 3% processing fee. 



** SEAWALL REPAIR SPECIAL ** 

The Kahana Reef complex is in the middle of repairing the seawall. Phase 1 has been completed.  Phase 3 will begin April 1, 2020.   Some of the things you may expect during construction:  Construction hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm, with heavy construction starting after 9am. Depending on the tide, sometimes the work will start earlier than 8am. The work will require heavy machinery. The work will be loud and disruptive.  Some of the parking lot will lose parking spaces to construction equipment and supplies. Parking may be a little tight and if necessary, the one car per unit policy will be enforced.  The pool may or may not be closed at some point. That will be determined as work moves closer to the pool area.
