The bungalow is located on 3 acres of land, with a gorgeous ocean view and a view of Southpoint, the southernmost point in the United States. The bungalow has it's own private yard, private hot tub, a gas bbq and lounge chairs where you can catch the sun in the day and the amazing star-filled skies at night. There are 3 bungalows on the 3 acre property, one being for guests, one where the owners live and the third building is the owner's art studio. Each building has it's separate space. PLEASE NOTE: The State of Hawaii imposes the following taxes on all properties providing transient accommodations. Since Airbnb does not collect these taxes from the guests, we include the tax amounts in our rates, rather than collecting them separately when guests arrive. The General Excise Tax is 4.5%, and the Transient Accommodations Tax is 13.25% for at total of 17.75%. No additional taxes will be charged for your stay, since the taxes are covered in the rate shown. Guests have access to the whole building, a detached bungalow. Hosts are located in another bungalow some distance away, but on the same 3 acre property. The neighborhood has gas stations, 3 grocery stores, a post office, 2 pizza places, a coffee shop, a Thai restaurant, L & L Barbeque, Mehe's Restaurant, and an interesting Saturday morning swap meet.
