The property is located on Hana Hwy. near Mama's beach. It is an older 32 unit concrete complex. The unit is fully remodeled and well stocked for cooking with bath & beach towels provided. It is set up for 2 guests. There is not a lot of room for bags with additional guests. You have exclusive access to the whole unit and shared access to the coin operated laundry facility. Manager is nearby and available to guests Ku'au is a highly desirable safe neighborhood on Maui's N. shore with great beaches in walking distance. Paia town is 1 mile from the condo. We highly recommend a rental car to maximize your Maui trip. The N. shore does not have reliable bus transportation and uber/Lyft is possible but not the most efficient and available. Guests have deeded access to Mama's beach via a 5min walk down a quiet back street.
