It is an immaculately maintained and spacious one bedroom, third floor corner unit, with front and side views of the ocean and beach where you can enjoy the Hawaiian cross-breezes and breaking waves. This unit is one of eight units in the resort that is unusually large due to the building design. The bedroom is larger and the new shower is much larger than other units. Listen and view the soothing surf from your private lanai and throughout the unit. The view across the pool and ocean and overlooking the south Maui coast is phenomenal. Sunsets are simply amazing. Our unit faces south on beautiful Maalaea Bay, which is part of the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary. Whale season runs from November to May, with peak whale watching from January to March. Witnessing one of these mammals is simply breathtaking. This unit is well-maintained and stocked. It is nicely remodeled with new flooring (no carpet), newly updated shower and fixtures, granite counter tops in the kitchen and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is also stocked with plenty of kitchenware, including condiments and spices. There is updated furniture throughout the condo including a new sleeper sofa with an 8-inch thick Cozy brand mattress, a 50 inch HD-LCD TV in the living room and a 42 inch LCD TV in the bedroom. There are also end tables with charging ports for your electronic devices. In the extra- large bedroom, enjoy high thread-count linens on the new, pillow-top king size bed and be sure to keep the lanai windows open to fall asleep to the crashing waves and evening breezes.
