This is a lovely, sweet, affordable and clean little unit. It is one of the very few 'free-standing/stand-alone' units within the Paniolo Complex. It is one of the much quieter units within Paniolo as it sits on the side that fronts the Prince Golf Course- not the street. And we are only one level so you don't have anyone on top of the studio making noise. The unit has a lanai overlooking the golf course, a CalKing bed, a full bathroom as well as a kitchenette with an apartment sized refrigerator. Also, there is a wonderful breeze coming off of Anini beach that flows through the unit on most days. There is also a wonderful, clean, warm pool and BBQ in the pool area. Keywords: Condominium
