The air conditioning system at the Casa de Emdeko is a chilled water central system that works by circulating cold water through the entire complex; it does not work like modern A/C, nor does it always work very well due to its age. In the unit you only control on/off and fan speed. If modern air conditioning is necessary for your plans please keep this in mind (If you leave doors and windows open it will appear not to work and humidity will increase; you can choose ocean breezes or the cooling system).
