Swim, snorkel, paddle, or sail directly off our white sand beach in warm, crystal-clear turquoise water. Lounge by two adult swimming pools, kiddie pool, or spa, with cocktail and food service. Relax in chaises under the trees on the peaceful lawn adjacent to the beach, or grab our beach umbrella and chairs and sink your toes into the sand. Spot Humpback whales directly from shore between November and March. Golf at any of four nearby championship golf courses. Ride the "Free Green Trolley" to shopping and adjacent hotels for entertainment or luaus. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, or the most important meal of the day, 'Happy Hour', at the full service Castaway Restaurant, situated beachfront. Aston charges a daily facilities fee of $20.00 plus tax which includes a package of amenities including; parking for one vehicle, complimentary morning coffee & tea, weekly Mai Tai party with live music, free local phone calls, use of the newly remodeled Fitness Center, discounts at the on-site Spa, and Wireless Internet access throughout the property, (with use of own device). These fees are payable directly to Aqua-Aston upon check-in. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. Our policy allows cancellation outside a 60-day period prior to arrival, with an immediate refund less a 10% cancellation fee of the total reservation amount. Any cancellations made within the 60-day period without sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of deposit. Owner will make every attempt to re-book the property. Should owner succeed in re-booking this time frame, we'll be glad to refund any pro-rata share, less the 10% cancellation fee of the total reservation amount. Please note that VRBO/HomeAway's policy states that if you cancel a reservation, and a partial refund is issued to you by the property owner, the "VRBO/HomeAway "Service Fees" including any booking, payment processing and service fees will not be refunded. This is their policy, and I have nothing to do with it, but I feel that you should be alerted to it. You might consider obtaining travel insurance. It can be purchased directly through VRBO, your homeowner's policy, AAA, or some credit cards. Our "Rental Application/Agreement" will be sent as a separate email. It is to be completed, signed, and scan/emailed back to us. Maui Ka'anapali Villas, (MKV), is an Aston managed resort. Aston will charge a daily fee of $20.00 upon checking in. Their fees include free WiFi, parking, use of the fitness center, local phone calls, and discounts at the on-site spa. This condo is also managed by Chase 'N Rainbows, Maui Hawaii.
