This studio apartment is located on the 21st floor at the Marine Surf which is surrounded by a variety of fine and casual dining, a multitude of shopping and only 2 blocks away from Waikiki Beach. Apartment has a fully furnished kitchen and can accommodate 2 guests with either 2 twin beds kept separately or made into a king size bed. Enjoy the ocean and Waikiki views from the lanai. Includes a free dedicated parking space. Our studio is cozy, clean and comfortable with all a full-size fridge and a full kitchen so you can enjoy cooking your own meals or be able to pack picnic lunches for your daily adventues. Guests have full access to the entire unit. There is a community pool with lounge chairs on a lower level and each floor has a washer and dryer. The Marine Surf is a 5 minute walk (2 blocks) to beautiful Waikiki Beach and is surrounded by a variety of dining and shopping. Everything in the area is easily walkable and safe day or night. Our unit includes a dedicated parking space for a compact size car in the garage located under the secured building. For those who do not want to rent a car, there is a bus stop right outside the building on Kuhio St. The city bus system (called The Bus) goes around most of the island. Bike rentals are also available down the street, and there are several other modes of transportation available for rental nearby (mopeds, motorcycles, 3-wheel Slingshots, Segways, etc.) No smoking or vaping allowed inside unit, building or on lanai. Building quiet hours start at 10 pm. Please note we are in the heart of Honolulu and Waikiki and there is a lot of nightlife and street noise surrounding our building. The nightlife on the weekends can be loud, even heard up to the 21st floor. If you are a very light sleeper, consider keeping the lanai closed when you sleep and/or bring ear plugs. Sunday through Thursday nights are relatively quieter.
