Cancellation on or after arrival funds are forfeited. Damage and incidentals You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. You have the entire condominium to yourself. Everything in the unit is available for you to utilize. We do have a cabinet in the kitchen that's locked up for our cleaning person Lori. Please do not force the door open. We supply starters of foil, baggies, Tupperware, laundry & dish soap, kleenex, trash bags, sponges, cleaning supplies, and more. Pool area BBQ and picnic tables right out by the front door and steps to the pool. If you're not renting a car, the Maui bus is on South Kihei Road, right outside the complex. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and groceries are within walking distance. Kihei’s Laidback Vibe Kihei is a residential town—not a master-planned resort community—so although it is busy and “touristy” in some areas, you’ll also be rubbing shoulders with locals on a daily basis. People live and work here in Kihei, right alongside vacationers. But whether you’re a visitor or a local, Kihei’s character is easygoing and casual. On any given day, you’ll see people in Kihei doing their banking, buying groceries, getting their hair done, shopping for souvenirs, or enjoying a beachfront lunch all dressed in nothing fancier than t-shirts and shorts. Kihei’s Beautiful Sunsets Just bring your suits, shorts, and shirts, that's all you need. *You'll be in a great location, and we think you'll feel right at home—a bright sunny unit. *Starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other disposable items. *Several restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, along with activity information and equipment rentals for a fun day. *Kihei is a short distance, 12 miles from the Kahului airport.
