This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium gives you all of that and more! Completely remodeled through-out with many custom touches, it's a lovely condo, with a million-dollar view, which makes this unit the prime destination for an absolutely blissful vacation! Located on the third floor of the four-story building, this oceanfront condo boasts first-class views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. Guests have access to full condo and resort. Aloha! This condo is a self check in and self check out unit. We try to leave guests everything they need (other than food or beverages) to have an amazing and relaxing stay. In case of a problem, or questions, guests can contact the on-island manager for a quick response. Late and overnight contact should be for emergencies only please. The Kona Bali Kai Resort is very famous for its proximity to the ocean and also for being right next door to the famous Banyan's surf break. We are also proud to house Da Poke Shack, which is a very popular eatery with high ranking on Yelp each year. It is recommended to rent a vehicle when staying on this island, but there is a convenient trolley/bus stop right outside the resort. In regards to beach supplies, want to mention that we do not provide snorkel equipment, due to sanitation issues, nor boogie boards or beach umbrellas due to possible loss or damage with each guest (impossible to keep them maintained and/or replaced constantly). There is often this equipment left in condo from previous renters, but it is not maintained and is guests responsibility to clean properly for use or check to make sure they are functional. If any of that gear is lost or broken, please dispose of, but no need to replace on our account. Mahalo!
