Welcome to Kona Isle #C22. Our lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium is decorated with tasteful, island-style furniture and art, updated appliances, and full kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower. The condo is located on the second floor, in a cool, quiet part of this friendly, 74-unit, tranquil, oceanside complex with a partial ocean and lovely garden view from our lanai. There is a nice pool and barbecue area on the west facing shore which is wonderful for watching sunsets, dolphins and whales. Onsite free parking is available and shopping and the town is within two miles. This is a great location for exploring the Big Island of Hawaii. Within a few miles there is a fantastic snorkeling spot, Kahalu'u Beach Park. It is an easy, 45-minute drive north to the beautiful beaches in the Waikoloa area. Ocean activities are available at nearby Keauhou Bay, Kailua Bay, or Honokohau Harbor. Kilauea Volcano, waterfalls, and botanical gardens are located north and east of Kailua-Kona approximately 90 miles away with beautiful, scenic drives. Tours can also be booked at the resort adjacent to Kona Isles. Our minimum stay is 7 nights. Ironman minimum stay is 10 days. Since our unit is recently remodeled with wood floors, etc., large sports equipment (bicycles, surf boards, etc.) are not allowed in the unit. Rates are subject to 13.46 in State taxes. Tax ID W34152477-0. Stays of 14 days to 29 days are $85 per night. Thirty days or longer, $80 per night or $2400 per month. Owners reserve the right to cancel 60 days in advance with full refund of payment.
