MAIN FLOOR - Living room, kitchen, dining room, dining lanai, and guest room with shared bath Walk in and you are greeted with endless ocean views. Relax and unwind in the open living room with panoramic ocean views and a beautiful entertainment center. The gourmet kitchen opens up to the lanai with disappearing sliding glass doors giving you the ultimate oceanfront dining experience. Enjoy your morning cup of Kona coffee and local fruits as you watch the fish, dolphins, and occasionally the breaching whale. End the day cooking with local faire in the kitchen or on the lanai grill and enjoy dinner over the most beautiful Kona sunset. The guest room 3 has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and a shared bathroom with walk in shower. This room is located down a small and private hallway off the kitchen and is perfect for those that would like to avoid the stairs as much as possible. UPPER FLOOR - Master suite, guest room 1 & 2, office, and laundry room The master suite is one certainly to be enjoyed with it’s ocean views and king size luxury bed that will lull you off to sleep while listening to the sound of the waves or keep you cozy while enjoying the entertainment system. Guest room 2 has a king size bed, lanai with fabulous ocean views, entertainment center with flat screen tv, walk in closet, and a dresser. The bathroom has a marble counter top, single vanity, large walk shower, and a private toilet. The laundry room is quite large with a full size washer and dryer, central vacuum system, utility sink, ironing board, iron, and ample counter space for folding clothes. Should you need to connect, off the master bedroom is an office with computer connections and wi-fi service that is available all through the house. LOWER FLOOR - Beach Suite, Jacuzzi, and Private Beach The beach suite is quite a treat as it opens up out to our very own private beach and jacuzzi. There is a large entertaining area, bathroom, and kitchenette (wine bar, mini fridge, and microwave) that makes this a great space for entertaining a day at the beach. There are two blow up mattresses abatable for extra sleeping space. There is NO AC on this floor. Our private sandy beach has a jacuzzi, exterior shower, tables and chairs, lounge chairs, beach chairs, and umbrellas.
