Here’s what we’re doing to clean and sanitize: We use cleaners and disinfectants effective against COVID-19. We thoroughly check each room using extensive cleaning checklists developed by experts. Cleaning supplies are stocked for you so you can clean as you stay. All high-touch surfaces are double-checked to have been cleaned and sanitized. Newly remodeled and ultra clean. The lanai has a 180-degree unobstructed view of the beach, ocean and neighbor islands; sunsets from your lanai are to die for! Step right outside when it’s beach time, and stroll back in when it’s time for a snack! Details What a hidden treasure, tucked away right on the more private, tree-lined Northern end of Kamaole Beach Park One. This oceanview two bedroom two bath accommodates up to six (6) guests with king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom (beds can be pushed together to accommodate a second couple), two sofabeds with full size memory foam mattresses. The kitchen is fully outfitted for any kind of cooking. The condo has a carport, assigned private parking stall with easy access, and private entry. Fully private beachfront condo for your use! Location Oceanfont, on the beach at Kamaole Beach Park One. In the heart of Kihei town with countless great choices for dining out – from the most casual food trucks and cafes to five star, award winning restaurants. You can walk to restaurants, shopping centers, and beaches from the unit. Kihei is a wonderful, low-key beach town located along Maui’s southwestern shoreline. It has great shopping, restaurants of all kinds, activities on land and in the ocean, and much more. It’s also quite centrally located for your day-trips all around our incredible island. Kamaole Beach One is the first of the three beaches that make up Kamaole Beach Park – 1.5 mile of sandy beaches; Boogie-boarding, snorkeling, full facilities & family friendly. There are too many other beaches to list that are a very short drive in the area – but these four beaches are additional favorites within a 2-5 minute drive from your front door: Keawakapu Beach – A much loved long sandy beach; Uncrowded, rent ocean gear, snorkeling. A favorite. Wailea Beach – Consistently rated one of the best beaches in the world. Ulua Beach – Quarter-mile long pocket of sandy beach; great for snorkeling & learning scuba. Mokapu Beach – Good swimming, boogie boarding and excellent snorkeling. Often uncrowded. The rest of South Maui’s wonderful beaches, including Big Beach are all under 15 minutes away. The home is located on the beach, that being said, Maui is so diverse and spread out, so we do recommend renting a car to access the attractions all over the island! *Please Note: There is an additional 17.41% Hawaii State Tax charge not included in the airbnb quote.
