On the property, you can walk to the ocean bluff or stroll on the golf course to watch the sunset or the nesting/mating albatross 8' from the backyard door. There is also a swimming pool on the property. Very independent unit, with all the privacy and newest accouterments. I am here to share the Aloha of Kauai, make touring, event and dining recommendations. The Neighborhood The location is quiet and private and you may feel as if you are a local rather than a visiting guest. Princeville is located between all the best beaches on the Island. The North Shore is the best spot to embark on hikes, go surfing or paddle boarding. The restaurants and nitelife, although not what its known for, are sufficient for a few super evenings. Getting Around It is a 1 mile walk to the bustop. I strongly suggest a rental car so you may not miss all the wonderful sites on the island. Other Things to Note Many amenities available: picnic baskets, sun umbrellas, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and surfboard. There is a swimming pool on the property. The drinking water and shower and sink water are all super filtered. No need for bottled water here. House Rules Kauai is a daytime kind of island. Usually there is a quiet time after 10pm. That does not exclude TV or music at lower levels. This is a no smoking indoors property. Please be mindful to keep lights and fans off as you leave for the day. Hawaii electricity is the most expensive in all of the 50 states! Thank you for leaving all shoes outside the front door....Hawaiian style! Lessee acknowledges that the property contains steps, decks, porches, stairs, etc. and enters the premises at their own risk. Lessee agrees to be held liable for actions of his/her guests whether they be registered or unregistered guests at all times and by doing so holds harmless Unit #6 at Kamahana and its owner from any and all claims arising from their guests use of the property. In addition lessee holds the above mentioned harmless from any and all liability, negligence on the part of either party, loss, damage, injury or death resulting from the use of the property and its fixtures and contents. The lessee agrees to not file any claim, action or lawsuit against Kamahana #6.
