Gorgeous Lanai Views at Hali'i Kai 6E
Best value for prime location! Ocean & Golf Course View At Hali'i Kai 6E
Come and enjoy all the amenities of three bedroom condominium at Hali'i Kai. Our beautiful condo (in Building 6) in Hali'i Kai (in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area) is the best value in the area. Hali’i Kai is one of only two oceanview properties in Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii. Hali’i Kai is a newer complex (built in 2006), with beautiful architecture and immaculate, tropical landscaping. Unit 6e is a ground floor 3 bedroom condo in the beautiful Hali'i Kai resort. Across from the tennis courts (and yes, there is tennis gear in the condo) and a short walk to the Ocean club, it can be a place to relax and look at the mountain or the ocean from your lanai, or a base of operations while you explore everything the big island has to offer. Our favorite feature at Hali'i Kai is the stunning ocean-view Ocean Club featuring a large, resort quality, multi-level, ocean-view lagoon-style pool with a waterfall, partially-submerged aqua lounge chairs, children's wading area, all with 180 degree view of the Pacific! It also features an ocean-view, open air Exercise Hale with varied top-of-the-line fitness equipment. Enjoy Hali'i Kai’s own private restaurant and bar. The club features several choices for outdoor covered and uncovered dining and lounging areas, spa-quality towels and facilities, as well as BBQ area. And the Coconut Grove, a tropical garden with picnic tables, BBQ grills and hammocks for taking naps while swinging between coconut trees. There is a tennis court and a half-court basketball conveniently located across from our condo. Hali’i Kai truly is a top-notch, yet casual private boutique resort. We want everyone to enjoy the opportunity to experience such a beautiful and tranquil place, so we keep our rates low. The Resort will charge $25 per night for access to the private pool, restaurant and workout area. This fee covers all guests. The Big Island gets its name for a reason, (it is bigger than all the other Hawaiian Islands combined) a car rental is recommended. If you need a larger car (van, suv) I would recommend booking well in advance if you are staying during the peak season (Holidays and summer) as they can run out. Additional Fees: Hawaii charges a 14.66% occupancy tax. This tax charge is included in the rental rate. -The resort will charge guests a $25 charge per night to access to the Ocean Club, this charge will cover all guests and will be due to the resort at check in. -The condo will be provided with a starter packet of basic supplies, (i.e. laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towel and toilet paper etc.) that should last about an average of 5 days. Long term guests will need to purchase any additional supplies.
