Mauna Lani Terrace H101-Oceanfront condo located only steps away from gorgeous beaches, the luxurious Mauna Lani Terrace amenity center and the Auberge Mauna Lani Hotel. H101 is a spacious ground-floor condo that was re-furnished in 2023, offering guests a comfortable 2-bedroom oasis in a prime beachfront location at the Mauna Lani Terrace. Guests have complimentary access to the newly renovated (2020) Terrace amenity center located a few steps away, with a new resort-style pool, hot tub, kids pool, locker rooms, sauna, communal kitchen and upgraded BBQ facilities. The condo offers a shady outdoor seating area and wet bar that connects to the living room through large sliding glass doors. The spacious living room - newly furnished in 2023 - offers an entertainment center, a dining area and a comfortable sofa sleeper couch and love seat. Guests will love cooking family meals in the upgraded kitchen, which has beautiful granite countertops and all new appliances. The master bedroom offers a large king size bed with an HDTV and private lanai. The master bedroom also features a large private bathroom with two vanities and a separate bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds (that may be converted to a king bed upon request) and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and a shower, as well as a sliding door to access the patio. Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, WIFI at no charge, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. The Mauna Lani Terrace is a premier oceanfront property on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island. The Terrace is located adjacent to the Auberge Resort at Mauna Lani on the only beachfront condominium site in the Mauna Lani Resort. All guests who stay at the Mauna Lani Terrace will have access to use the communal pool (heated), children's pool, hot tub, a community kitchen and picnic areas with seating and gas BBQ's. The picnic areas & community kitchen may be reserved with the Resident Manager for outdoor cookouts. Parking for one vehicle is provided. The Mauna Lani Terrace is a non-smoking property. As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs), Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club, Mauna Lani Tennis Shop and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. Our on-site resort office at the Mauna Lani Terrace is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited. The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax on the rent and additional fees. Tax rates are based on the dates of your stay and guests are responsible to pay all applicable taxes levied by the local authorities should there be a change.
