Any missing item will be paid before leaving. ▪︎Elevator fab Keys: Use for call Elevator come down, When the light is green, press 11 floor, out Elevator on your right, my unit door is in the middle, small key is for the unit lock.. - If any of those key is lost, it costs $250/@ to replace, so please do not lose it!!  To make it easy for you not to lose them, I put the card holder attached. My keys are in the glass bowl. ▪︎Lights: Please turn off lights after you leave the room or are no longer in need of them. The main kitchen light is located on the kitchen island, across from the fridge handle. A smaller light is located over the sink, and another small light is on the ventilator over the stove. The bathroom sink area’s has sliding light switch, and it must be pushed all the way down until you hear a *click* for it to be turned off. ▪︎Dishes and Utensils: The left side shelf above the sink and the left side of the dish drying rack are for your utensil use only. This is for your safety during Covid times, especially. If you need any extra stuff in the kitchen or bathroom, please feel free to ask. ▪︎Trash and Recycling: Please throw away any food trash in a smaller bag daily.(can store freezer untill have chance to throw it) Hawaii is home to many unwanted bugs. The trash chute by pass elevator unmarked door. Recycling can also be thrown out in the basement in the sorted bins provided. ▪︎Shower and Toilet: To have hot water, the water heater switch is located under the kitchen sink (right-hand side). Switch it on(red light) and wait 5-7 minutes for the water to get hot (green light). Please pull the non-plastic shower curtain to the outside of the shower ledge so that it doesn’t get wet during your shower. Mold! After your shower, please spray water all over the plastic curtain. Because with soap residue makes the bathroom not very bright if not rinsed down each time. - Small trash can in the bathroom is for roommate responsibility to clean. Is for period napkins. Extra toilet paper is located in the metal cylinder above the toilet shelf. ▪︎Laundry: Please ask 1st, washer machine half way broken. When using the dryer, please open both cabinet doors behind the washing machine. The exhaust pipe stands in a plastic container. Please fill out the water if the container if is dry. It is a fire hazard. - Detergent is located under the kitchen light switch (on the island). Liquid and powder. Also, remember to remove all the lint from the dryer filter after each use (it looks like a kidney bean in the back). Again, this is a fire hazard if left to accumulate. ▪︎Bedroom: Please make sure to close the lanai (balcony) door whenever you leave the apartment. There is frequent rain or strong wind that can damage the glass door and the curtains and other things within your room. In case you forgot to close the lanai door, I will close for you. Thank you!
