Our suite is a private one-bedroom condo with a stunning ocean view in a quiet family-friendly complex. We are conveniently located 2 blks from the Big Island's 'mini-Waikiki' on Ali'i Drive and the Kamakahonu beach. We provide sparkling clean, comfortable, and functional space for guests to enjoy and feel at home while they explore the island. This condo is our little slice of paradise on our favorite island in Hawaii. We are located less than 15 minutes from KOA Kona airport. We are within easy walking distance to grocers, drugstores, a post office, a bank, numerous restaurants and ample Ali'i drive shopping. The highlight of our location is our proximity to Kailua Pier and the Kamakahonu beach where you can embark on everything from dolphin-watching tours and guided scuba dives, to fishing charters and private SUP lessons, or simply kick back and watch the waves lap at the shore. You don't need to have a car in order to access these adventures but we have free parking available for those guests who rent a car and choose to cruise the island. Our suite includes a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Our balcony overlooks beautiful Kailua bay and the complex’s pool. The kitchen is light and airy and has everything you need to pack the perfect picnic and we have an assortment of beach toys including snorkel gear, boogie boards, and beach blankets and shades. As a responsible member of the AirBNB community, all state and local taxes are included in our nightly rental fee. State of Hawaii Tax ID: TA-148-589-5680-01 & GE-148-589-5680-01 Guests have access to all amenities included within the 1-bedroom unit. There is shared access to the condo pool and laundry facilities. Our unit has one dedicated parking spot. We are happy to interact with our guests via Airbnb and text message. Our neighborhood is close to any thing you need for your island adventure. Grocery stores and coffee shops are steps away from our front door and many restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk. If you like to get up and explore everything the island has to offer we recommend having a rental vehicle. If your ideal vacation is to sit on the beach and take the trolly up and down Ali’i drive then you would have a wonderful vacation without a rental vehicle. Or if you want the best of both worlds and just want a rental vehicle for a day or so let us know...we got you covered.
