Mahalo Our beautiful condo is conveniently located just above the Out-Rigger Hotel on Keauhou Bay. The condo is on the 2nd level with very few steps and well shaded. The free parking is close with easy to access also safe and secure . Our condo is comfortable and features the one of the best locations of the complex. Our area has nearby shopping, dining, farmers markets and so much more. It's far enough away from the tourist areas but close enough to downtown Kailua-Kona to enjoy nightlife and many other attractions. Our condo will provide Hawaiian lifestyle at its best! For those who love the ocean and all the activities it provides, we're just a short distance to some of the most spectacular coral reefs on the planet. Simply stated; truly a bit of paradise with stunning views you'll notice the moment you walk in the door. Relax and enjoy a Master bedroom suite with separate bathroom, a complete kitchen, washer and dryer and all the conveniences of home. Well maintained gear for snorkeling, ample beach supplies, etc.. it's all here. Convenient access with free parking, close to the condo and well shaded. Guest parking pass provided for travelers convenience and assurance. Access is easy to a 2nd floor unit with very few steps. Our end unit is spacious, features larger windows and truly one of the best locations in the complex. The pool and enclosed area is well maintained and the gardens are beautifully manicured. This is a non-smoking complex and, smoking is not allowed on any of the lanais throughout the complex. A completely private condo is yours. We are available 24/7 to follow up on any urgent needs during your stay. Our local contacts will address any immediate issues and the on-site property manager can be contacted as well. Our cleaning staff is also available if the need arises. This is where chartered boat tours, day excursions, kayaks, SUP and many other ocean activities begin. At night you can watch the Giant Mantas swim, wake up early and catch the Fairwinds II and Hula Kai for trips to Captain Cook and Kealakekua Bay: Simply amazing! Recommended: A rental car, scooters or electric bikes for the adventurous types; however, a compact car is best unless you are traveling with others, then a 4-door vehicle is better. Pack and travel light! Hauling suitcases full of stuff is not necessary for a great time in paradise. How much space does a toothbrush, bikini, swim trunks, 2 beach towels, sunscreen, neoprene beach booties and flip-flops take up anyway? You can shop locally at the farmers markets for fresh fruits and veggies or at the K&B Supermarket for anything else you need to prepare your own, home cooked favorites. Lot's of shopping in town to find what you need. The Big Island has it all, big box stores, discount stores that's just 5-6 miles north to Downtown Kailua-Kona. Many nearby hikes, places to explore, hidden "Gems" and beautiful historic sites; seldom visited beaches and crystal clear blue water for the best swimming, snorkeling and diving in the world! Conveniently located about 1/2 mile from the Keauhou Shopping Center and even closer to Keauhou Bay. Our area is nestled between the Kona Golf and Country Club and Keauhou Canoe Club located on Keauhou Bay. Views overlook the fairways and magnificent ocean west of Keauhou Bay.
