Your culinary desires are effortlessly fulfilled in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a full-size refrigerator, electric range, and microwave. An electric tea kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and rice cooker are at your disposal, along with a full set of dishes, cookware, and kitchen essentials. Stay seamlessly connected with high-speed WiFi, offering speeds of up to 400 Mbps, perfect for both your streaming needs and any work requirements. Parking is a breeze with on-site options available in the attached garage at just $28 per day, featuring in and out privileges. Please note that only credit cards are accepted, and prices may be subject to change without prior notice. A laundry facility on the 8th floor ensures your convenience. You'll need to use a dedicated app for the washers and dryers, and while laundry detergent is not provided, we've made access simple. Monthly pest control is mandatory. Quarterly AC maintenance is mandatory. There will be occasional water shut-offs in the building on Thursdays. Water shut-offs are from 9am - 12pm. Advance notice is posted in the elevator at the building. We do not provide daily housekeeping. Lastly, we kindly request your understanding that we cannot accept mail or parcels during your stay.
