Kona Beach Hale is situated in the heart of Kailua-Kona town on Ali'i Drive and directly across the street from the ocean. Guests can easily walk to many restaurants, shopping, nightlife and island activities. In Hawaiian, Hale (haw-lay) means home and we like to think of our condo as a home away from home. -Our super clean, modern studio accommodates 2 very comfortably. We offer a fully stocked kitchenette that includes microwave, Keurig, induction cooktop burner, rice cooker, toaster, blender, apartment sized refrigerator with freezer, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, storage containers, place setting for 4 and many miscellaneous items to make your stay enjoyable. -We provide a smart tv with free premium cable and in room unlimited wi-fi for our guests. -The secured pool area includes a nice size pool, hot tub, poolside shower, large grill area, lounge chairs and table seating with umbrellas making eating at the pool enjoyable. -You will find a small cooler, a couple beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and snorkel gear provided for you to use and enjoy at the wonderful nearby beaches. -There is a coin operated laundry facility on premises and you will find a small laundry basket in the closet for your use. Additionally, there is a small iron and ironing board just in case you need it. Guests are able to enjoy all areas of the complex and can simply use an assigned keycard to access any secured areas. While we do not live near our condo, we do live on island and are easy to reach via phone or text. If you need anything please feel free to contact us. Our unit is located on the 3rd floor and unfortunately there is not an elevator. Not recommended for wheelchair bound guests. On-site parking is free on a FCFS basis. However, parking is very minimal and can be hard to get in peak times. Street parking can usually be found if needed.
