Great, fully furnished 2-bedroom condo, located on Ali'i Drive, just minutes to downtown Kailua Kona shops, bars, beaches and dining. The condo is on the first floor (easy access – NO stairs) and has the comfortable feeling of home. This two-bedroom, beautifully remodeled (April 2016) corner unit was completely remodeled from top to bottom. With quartz counter-tops, full bathroom, King bed with a Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress and two full size twin beds. The unit is designed comfortably for two to four people and has a separate dining area, screened lanai, flat screen TV’s, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and free convenient assigned parking, The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, gas stove, convection toaster oven, coffee maker and all utensils, plates, etc. All bed and bath linen, beach towels, beach snorkel gear, and a beach cooler are included! Also for your use is an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. All the comforts of home. Dine on the beautiful, private, fully screened lanai or dine in while watching a great show on one of two flat screen TV’s. Condo has air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room (even the kitchen), in-room private high speed internet and cable TV. A coin-operated laundry area is just a few steps away. The gorgeous ocean side pool with cabana is located at ocean's edge where dolphins, turtles and other ocean life swim by. If you are adventurous you can snorkel and venture out on the rocks. Relax after a day out in the recliner or on the overstuffed comfy couch, or enjoy the sunset from the ocean-front pool. There is assigned parking, a relaxing courtyard, recreation area and BBQ which are located only feet from the condo and the ocean. Everything you need for a great Hawaiian vacation! We will send you check-in and check-out info after your reservation is confirmed. Please no smoking, no pets, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am within the condo complex. The condo is your home during your stay. Our keyless entry makes personal entry easy and lost keys a non-event. A Graco Pack & Play is available for your little one, upon request. We are always available to you via email, text or phone. Kona Shores is located on Ali'i Drive less than a mile to downtown Kona. There are many beach and ocean access points along Ali'i Drive. Next door to Kona Shores is a little café called "Green Flash" which features healthy food options, Panini’s and smoothies. A great convenient breakfast & lunch spot. Walk to numerous restaurants, shops, beaches and farmers market for fresh island produce or take the $2 wiki-wiki bus to the beautiful Magic-White Sands Beach, world class snorkeling at Kahaluu Beach, or market. It's all so convenient! Downtown Kailua Kona is less than a mile north of your driveway, easy walking, biking or driving distance to all the best shops, restaurants, art galleries, bars, farmer's markets, boats and much more. There is some public transportation available, however a car makes exploring the island much easier and best of all, on your schedule. The Big Island boasts 4,028 square miles and 8 climate zones. There is a lot to see. As our guest, you have full access to the shared pool and BBQ areas. The coin operated, laundry complex area is a shared environment, open-air, clean, and easy to use. You will need the pool key to access the laundry complex. Kona Shores has about half fellow-vacation-renters and half resident families. The neighborhood is friendly and safe. As our guests, we will send you an email with all of your final details, about 3 days before your trip. Please check your email to be certain you have all the correct information, including your personal lock-box code. Items that are strictly enforced are the one-vehicle limit, no smoking in the unit or on the lanai, and the use of the home only to registered guests (please do not invite friends/family over who are not staying at the home without our prior consent). Prior to departure, please take out the trash and pile used linens in the bathroom or laundry basket. The condo is also our home. We would appreciate if you treat the space accordingly and leave the space as you find it.
