Welcome to your next romantic getaway! This studio with view of mount Hualalai, located in the well known Kona Shores complex is steps from the ocean, with a breathtaking pool and bbq area. You will be just a few minutes away from the Kailua village The studio is a very well organized and practical space with everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii. Full size kitchen and bathroom (walk in shower) let you feel at home. Rejuvenate on the high quality memory foam queen mattress bed, or rest on the lanai while enjoying the lights of Hawaiian sunsets. It also has an A/C unit for these hot Hawaiian summers. The apartment complex has a beautiful pool with gorgeous views of the shore and you can barbecue or enjoy a cocktail in the grassy bbq area. Located just outside the Kailua Kona village, it is just a 10-15 minutes walk (5 minutes drive) to all the cafes, restaurants, activities and nightlife, or just grab a 100% kona coffee next door at Green Flash cafe. There is a bikeshare rack right in front of the apartment complex if you'd like to take a stroll to town or to Magic Sand beach just a few minutes away (both have racks as well). The studio has its own dedicated parking spot so no need to look for parking after a long day at the beach. And it's free! There is a very clean and tidy laundry room for the apartment complex. It requires quarters or payment through an app (details onsite). Open 7am-9pm daily. There is a hose in the garden to wash out all that white sand from your toesies. Check-ins are done at or after 5pm on the day of arrival. Earlier check-ins may be subject to additional fees. I have some dates blocked out for myself but may be able to free them up. Unless otherwise explicitedly requested, bookings for two people will be accommodated with only the queen size bed. If you require both the queen bed, and the day bed (twin size) made even though the booking is done for two people, please let me know that you will need both beds made.
