(1 bathroom that has 2 doors to 2 different bedrooms)(Chase the host is the only other person that uses this Bathroom) OUR SHOWER IS A STEP DOWN (APPROX. 12" INCHES) might not be ideal for someone with mobility issues. WE HAVE 2 VERY FRIENDLY FUR BABIES. BASHA AND BRIDGET. We just ask you to be careful with closing the Gate when leaving, as to not let them out of the Property. Parking is street parking, and there should be a space right in front of house. If you need Late Check-Out on the day you leave, and we don't have anyone checking-in that Afternoon, We can offer you Late Check Out till 7:00 pm for $25.00. This is Hawaii, there will be bugs :) I do not offer refunds for bug sightings. Guests with a car, have street parking. For one vehicle, access to Free WiFi, NETFLIX , A TV on Lanai with Local Stations. We also offer Complimentary Coffee, and Tea, Beach towels for your Use. My Mother and I work a full time job, 5-7 days a week. We will be glad to help you with anything you may need help with, when I am not at work. Chase’s home is located in a very safe Kailua neighborhood, Hawaii, United States. We live about 15-20 min. walk to the nearest Beach access, and 20 min. walk from the Beautiful Kailua Town. Which has many Restaurants, Boutiques, Gift Shops, Thrift Shops, and Grocery Stores conveniently close. Even Whole Foods. Bus Stop is just 2 minutes from house. Enterprise Car Rental is Just 5 minutes by car or 20 min. walk, Enterprise will pick you up. It is only $8 to $12 dollars by UBER to Kailua Beach Park. *** If you need a ride back to the airport after your stay is over, we do offer a ride for $50.00. An important note about our listing is that we are not equipped to accommodate toddlers or pets. We have 2 Fur Baby Girls that love to greet our Guests. They are Very Friendly.
