Our Luxe Loft is located at Turtle Bay Kuilima Estates East on the North Shore of Oahu. Nestled in between the world famous Palmer Golf course, you will enjoy resort amenities with the comfort of condo living. The North Shore of Oahu is referred to as the 7 mile miracle, for its beautiful white sand beaches, world class waves and crystal blue waters. From Hale'iwa Beach Park to Sunset Beach, you will find the most beautiful shore line found anywhere on earth. It is truly a magical place. Our Luxe Loft has been newly renovated in January 2023. It's a spacious loft offering you luxury relaxation and catering to your every need. Our condo features a loft bedroom with a California King size bed, Casper 4 layer premium foam mattress with 3 inch mattress topper. Top end luxury sheets and duvet's from Brooklinen. Our condo is ideal for a romantic getaway for 2 or can accommodate up to 4 people with an additional queen pull out sofa bed. We provide all Public Goods products, we LOVE their mission on sustainability, health and the way they smell and feel on your body. You will enjoy shampoos, conditioners, bath soaps, hand soaps, complimentary toothpaste and toothbrush, lotions and sanitizers. Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal, a 2 burner cooktop, microwave convection oven and refrigerator. Coffee is provided of your choice, by either drip coffee to offer a more distinct definite taste or Keurig pods, for a quicker fix to your morning desires. Enjoy two flat screen smart TV's for all of your favorites from your own personal accounts, as well as unlimited strong Wifi. The condo is facing the East and has wonderful trade winds that blow throughout the unit daily. Our condo also has a split AC unit located in the loft bedroom for extra comfort while you sleep or on those hot Hawaiian days. We have ceiling fans in living room and bedroom as well for extra comfort. There are two lanai's, both with the perfect seating for your enjoyment. This unit is truly a gem in its own. It's a short walk to the Turtle Bay resort, beaches, restaurants, horse stables, a fitness center and spa (additional fees apply)! This condo is the perfect island getaway when visiting the North Shore! Our guests always give our check in process 5 stars! With easy step by step keyless entry and self check in, our guests can arrive at anytime. We wanted our check out process to be as easy and relaxing as our check in, so we don't ask you to do complete any tasks upon check out. Our only ask is to kindly check out at 11:00am :) The unit is located at Kuilima Estates East and is walking distance to the Turtle Bay Resort and Spa. It is close to walking trails, beaches, restaurants and the world famous Palmer Golf course. The unit also comes with one assigned parking stall for a rental car. Please note: The condo has its own private pool within the community, along with a charcoal BBQ pit and tennis courts right outside the front door. It's about a 2 min drive to the resort or 10 minute walk. You will have access to the Turtle Bay Resort pool bar, pool restaurant, resort property and all other restaurants, however the cabanas at the resort and the Turtle Bay Resort pool are reserved for hotel guests only. Keep in mind that Hawaii is known to have a few roaches, geckos and other insects, especially during the winter rainy season months. We do our best to keep them out by having monthly exterminations. To help us with this cause and to keep our Hawaii “pets” from entering, we ask that you put food away and keep screen doors shut at all times. Thank you for your understanding The condo has a key less entry, so you will be able to enter on your own. However, I will be available for questions throughout your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, so please respect this nature of living. There will be no additional guests allowed, no parties or events allowed and you will need to reserve quiet hours between 9:00pm and 8:00am. A recommendation would be to get a rental car upon arrival and drive to the North Shore, which is located about an hour from the Honolulu International airport. If you decide to forgo a rental car, there is bus transportation, to and from, as well as uber and taxi services, however this is not recommended if you'd like to explore the island. ***DISCOUNTS*** Please note, our pricing does change often, but we do NOT offer any discounts outside of what our nightly rate lists at the time of your booking.
