Cool breezy Waikoloa weather, can be chilly at night, great for sleeping. Being an attached home below our home, we always welcome our guests, without being overbearing. We want them to enjoy a quiet, private home while on vacation. Guests have access to us always via phone, text or email as much as need, though we respect their privacy utmost. We love our neighborhood because it's very safe and quiet, and our neighbors are really nice and respectful of our privacy. Everyone is friendly, and their is enough space between homes so your not looking into someones house, and you have your privacy. Our home is at the end of the cul de sac, and sits our over the bluff with unobstructed views. Best way to get around Waikoloa and the Big Island is a car. There is the Hele on Bus, but I don't recommend it for visitors because they are not large numbers, only a few a day. In the village you can walk to parks, and the shopping center for groceries, restaurants etc. Our rental is the lower section "add on" home we build new in 2007. It has a private entrance, and guests park in our driveway and take the stone pathway to the stairs, down to the house.
