There is a living room area with cable tv, a Nintendo Mini, and internet. In addition to the lovely space, there is a private wraparound lanai that looks directly over a popular trailhead or you can sit on the more private side overlooking a lush tropical landscape. Our home is powered by the sun and we have battery backup during outages. **THIS HOME IS METICULOUSLY MAINTAINED PER AIRBNB’S NEW ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOL. Guests access studio through garage or from private back entrance. Studio is up the stairs, from a common foyer and has a locking door. We recommend having a car to maximize your adventuring potential. Guests may park anywhere on the left side of our driveway.
