Equipped with a hot plate, conventional oven, and several other amenities. *Please note that the bathroom is outdated but fully functional. *Eco friendly meaning we try to be as resourceful as possible. Living right next to the ocean it is common for things to get rusted very quickly, we are not replacing things that are in working condition in order to be aesthetically pleasing. This is also why we're able to charge the low price we do :) if this doesn't sound like it resonates with you, please book elsewhere. Mahalo! Our studio is located directly across the street from World Famous Sunset Beach. Only 75 feet from the beautiful white sand beach of Sunset Beach! This place is perfect for couples, adventure seekers, and anyone looking to be as close to the beach as possible. This studio is located on the bottom corner of a large house in a private, 1 acre, gated/secured lot that shares with tropical landscaping & endangered Hawaiian Palm trees as well as a few other rentals. There is a Jiu jitsu studio located on property as well so it makes it very safe :) Relax and enjoy a view of the ocean from our Surf Check deck or go for a stroll along the bike path to discover some of the best beaches, food trucks on the island. Get ready to be surrounded by miles of famous surf breaks, great hikes and beautiful beaches. You could not be any closer to the actual surf break than staying here with us. You can wax up your board and be up and riding on the best wave of your life in literally 3 minutes. All you have to do is walk out of our gated property, cross the street and your toes will touch the sand and you will be in the perfect swimming or paddle out spot in less than a minute. we do recommend renting a car if needed depending on how much you plan on moving around. If you plan on staying close to home and simply relaxing, enjoying the North Shore then bikes are great. The Bus Stop is also very close and the bus comes every 30 / 45 minutes. Please note that this unit is not suitable for anyone who has a nature phobia and is afraid of bugs, geckos, or critters from nature. You must be okay with insects and open-air environments. As we are surrounded by nature you must expect roosters and different local species to be around. Hawaii is home to a multitude of insects so please help us help you by putting away food and anything that might attract them into the unit. Thank you for understanding.
