The rental space is the lower level of my home at Sunset Beach, one block from the beach. The whole downstairs is available. It has a separate upstairs unit with separate entrance. When I am here (about 4-5 months of the year) I often have one room available upstairs. There is a shared washer/dryer and outdoor shower available. It's one block to the beach, quiet and private. There is a spacious yard with seasonal fruits including fresh papayas, mangoes, limes. The entire downstairs is available to guests including living/dining/kitchen/den/ two bedrooms and one and a half baths. Washer/dryer are on shared basis with upstairs tenants, WiFi. Private lanai. I may not be available in person, but happy to help and available via email, text, phone. Close to the beach, top surf spots, bike path, and Ted's Bakery. Fabulous "Mother's Beach" one block away at Sunset Beach. There is a bus stop close by. There is off-street parking in the driveway for one car.
