Down the street is the Aquarium, Michels French Restaurant, Barefoot Grill, Hau Tree Lanai, Public tennis courts, and everything Kapiolani Park offers. Guest will have access to the apt, all common areas, ground floor bathroom, private deck seating area and the backyard beach lawn. All gated. I will be just a phone call away and there to help with anything that comes up during your stay. This neighbor hood is unique as it is separated from Waikiki proper by Kapiolani Park. Less cars. Quiet. Tranquil. Tradewinds. Peaceful. You can get around by taxi ( some take charge cards), bus stops in front of the property, parking for free around the park if you rent a car or if available you can reserve parking at the building for $19 per day plus tax. You can also walk to Monsarrat shops and restaurants and a convenience store. Interested in climbing Diamond Head, you can walk to the trail as well. Visit the local produce and products every Saturday morning and Tues afternoon at the Kapiolani Community College just a walk away. THE RENTAL RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE TAX.
