A bedroom and bathroom in a very beautiful, light and airy home in Waikoloa Village, just 10 miles from the best beaches on the Big Island. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom. Nights are usually a cool temperature- mid to high 70's in summer and mid to high 60's in the winter. Waikoloa Village is a very quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood, only 30 miles from the Kona Airport and 10 miles from the beach. We have WiFi with high speed internet. There is a grocery store, gas station and restaurants only 1 mile away. Golf course just 1 mile away. We are a relaxed middle aged couple who have lived on the Big Island since 2015 and practice love, aloha and a spirit of the island every day. We have both been fully vaccinated for Covid-19. Our home is a very peaceful and tranquil sanctuary. Your room will be an inviting and quiet place for you to return to after a full day of exploring the island or enjoying the nearby beaches, we have plenty of beach supplies for your use. (Cooler, beach towels, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, and beach chairs). The room has a very comfortable queen size bed, 2 bedside tables and a mini fridge. There is also a sound machine in the room. Feel free to sit outside, we have chairs on the lanai and a bench in the front of the house. Everything in the bathroom is for you to use. We do not offer use of the kitchen, there are nearby restaurants that we can recommend for dine in or take out. There's a table and chairs right outside the bedroom for your use. We have a very friendly cat named Kau Kau, we don't allow him to be in the guest room. You will have access to the bedroom, bathroom, sitting area, lanai and BBQ area with hammock and chairs. The Big Island is a very spiritual and healing place that is like no other place on Earth. Big Island is the Best Island! Practice Aloha daily. The neighborhood is a very nice residential area and is safe, quiet, and peaceful. Very nice place to go for a walk, run, or a meandering. You will need a rental car to get around. Uber and Lyft are available on Island. We have street parking available for one vehicle. We have a very nice collection of birds that we feed regularly so there is always a lovely chorus of songs to greet the day with. We have one very friendly cat named Kau Kau. 420 is acceptable but cigarette smoking is frowned upon. Alcohol is ok as long as it is under control. Street parking available for one vehicle.
