Sidewalks, street lights, bike paths, There is a Free public Olympic sized swimming pool with a life guard. Beautiful Asian temples and a trail head hike to a beautiful waterfall. I recommend renting a car to get around. There is a bus lines that runs close by. Uber and lift is also available. There are many 4-5 star restaurants, cafes, sandwich shops, breakfast places. A large shopping mall, Movie theatre, tennis courts, Olympic sized swimming pool in the area. I am happy to recommend my favorite spots and local tips.
