Our SHARED home is a 4bd older style home that has been in the family since 1935. There is a stairway with 6-7 steps to get to the main level of the house. This is a private room, with full size bed and a toilet located in the room. There is also an enclosed lanai with clothesline, mini fridge and microwave. We are 7-10 minute walking distance to Paia town with lots to see and eat. We have on street (roadside) parking across the street from the house and WIFI. Renovations have been made but we wanted to try and keep as much of the original rustic homey characteristics as possible. Holomakani room includes a full size bed, bath linens, beach towels, small lanai equipped with a table, mini fridge, and microwave. There is a clothes line that you are able to use as well if you choose not to use the one outside or the dryer downstairs in the laundry room. There is a sink and a toilet in the room. There is a SHARED full bathroom with a shower stall near the room. There is an AC unit located in the room. I do ask that when leaving house that you please turn it off. The room has a keypad entrance in which you will select a 4 digit numeric code. This code will be good for your room and the entrance to the house. You will send me your code upon booking of reservation. I will provide an email that will explain where everything is in the house with pictures. But you basically have access to all common areas in the house and of course your room. I do live on the property and can easily be reached via phone, text, or email. There is a phone in the house you can use with my contact information My neighborhood is nice and relaxed. It's awesome to take a walk and enjoy the scenery and meet lots of different people . Lots of options for food and very convenient with bank, grocery store, and post office nearby. There is public transit in Paia town that will take you all over Maui. Paia town is about a 10 minute walk. You will have access to the Post office , laundromat , MANA Foods (health food store), many different ethnic cuisines, art galleries, deli's, yoga classes, and of course the beach. Our house is the half way marker to Hana and to Haleakala. So there are lots to do!! You will be required to pick a 4 digit numeric code for keypad locks once your reservation is made. The default will be the last 4 digits of your phone number with Airbnb . Self Check-in time is anytime from 4pm on We will be happy to accommodate an early check-in if your room is ready.
