Located on 5 acres with total privacy and beautiful landscaped garden and ocean view. The home offers all amenities with a high end kitchen and covered deck. Haiku Marketplace is just about 5 minutes drive away and Paia or Makawao town about 10 minutes. Live in your own private botanical garden with hundreds of different tropical plants. Non-smoking. The living area of the two story home is upstairs. A private Laundry room, owners storage and a two car parking area is located on the ground floor. The botanical garden area is accessible to guests. Gardeners are working in the garden areas a couple of days/week to keep this place as immaculate as it is. The interior has a modern and elegant decor with all amenities expected in a first class accommodation. The surrounding 1 acre botanical garden is accessible to guests. The home is private and the property is not shared in any way. I live about 10 minutes away and my public office is located in Paia. When a reservation is confirmed, I will get in touch with guests immediately. During guests stay I will be available for any emergency or concern in regards to the home. Sometimes it is hard to meet in person on the property, however, our office is open Monday to Friday and guests are welcome any time to get information, a cup of coffee and we are happy to help with activity bookings. This is a rural area surrounded by residents. You will not see a lot of homes from Haiku Nani due to the distance and tropical garden. Ha'iku Cannery is just down the road, "Baked on Maui" is a great place to pick up your morning coffee and bakery or stop by for a delicious lunch sandwich. A small grocery store is located next to the bakery and has a quiet good selection for basic needs. The next beaches are Ho'okipa Beach Park, Paia Bay and Baldwin Beach Park. Paia is a little town right by the ocean with gourmet restaurants and boutique shops and walking distance to the beach. At this location a car is the only way to get around. There is no public transportation to this area in Ha'iku. We are happy to book a car for your with one of our vendors. The Haiku Nani property is a licensed vacation rental with Maui County. Maximum occupancy is 4 guest including children 2 years and older. Use of the property and home is for registered guests only. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, parking is available for two cars, there is no street parking available. A rental agreement has to be signed within 7 days of booking including pre-check in form requiring a valid credit card in your name. Rates include taxes (17.42%), there are no additional fees. Minimum stay during Holiday Season is 14 days. This is a non-smoking property. 3rd party reservations are not accepted.
