Welcome to our private studio-apartment in the center of the island of Oahu. Our home is conveniently located in the quiet neighborhood of Mililani; it is a good starting point to see any beach, hiking trail, or a cultural site in approximately half an hour. Enjoy full privacy during your stay in Hawaii, with a separate entrance, private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Our property is fully fenced. The studio apartment is located in the back of the house; There is a private entrance to the studio with a beautiful view of the tropical farmland. There are bananas, papayas and lilikoi (passion fruit) plant growing right next to the entrance. There is a small lanai (patio) right outside of the door of your studio-apartment, so you can enjoy your meals outside in privacy The studio has a functioning kitchen with a stove top, but no oven. Pots, pans, toaster, Nutri Bullet, coffee maker, Nescafé, microwave, utensils, plates, glassware are provided with the studio. Your studio apartment has a slick modern look, is newly renovated. The bathroom is still the original construction, but although it might seem a little outdated it is well maintained and clean. The floor is tiled, and the kitchen has a white quartz countertop has a queen size bed, wireless internet access, and a 52" flat screen TV with Netflix . There is a small desk for yoru convenience. A second bed for a third person might be set up for an additional fee. Guests will have full access to their private apartment. When entering through gate, please walk straight and follow the path around the house. The entrance to the apartment is behind the house. Please make sure to park on the road, and not on the driveway. We are on the premises and are available if needed. Please let us know if you need anything at all, or if you want any sight seeing suggestions. Our property is very private and you will not be able to see any of our neighbors. We are only a 20 min walk Safeway, and only 2 miles away from Walmart. Our neighborhood of single family homes is very quiet and private. We never see our neighbors because of high fences. Uber, Lyft and public buses are very convenient if you don't have a car. There is a bust stop next to our street, and there is a major public transportation hub in Mililani Town Center. We have three children and three small dogs ; two Pomerenians, and a Chow Chow. The dogs are extremely friendly.
