It is within walking distance to all the Wailea 5-star hotels. There is a fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer, a King bed in the master, and 2 twins in the guest room. Walk to the famous Shops of Wailea. This unit is a 5-minute drive to beaches. An additional fee of $75 per guest /night will be charged after 6 guests. Wailea Ekolu has several lovely pool areas as well as a large pavilion area for larger groups. There are also additional barbecue and picnic areas on the grounds with panoramic views of the ocean and the sunsets. The beautiful Mokapu and Ulua Beaches are just a 10-minute stroll down the hill from Wailea Ekolu. Wailea Ekolu is located on the Wailea Golf Course and is across the street from the Wailea Tennis Club making it the perfect destination for golfers and tennis enthusiasts. It is a quick walk to The Shops at Wailea and the Wailea Promenade where you can walk along the beach for miles. Whale watch, paddleboard, body surf and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. This Ekolu unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the ground floor. It's got air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, 3 flat-screen TVs, DVD, and Wifi. In the master bedroom, there is a king bed, A/C, ceiling fan, TV, and a full bathroom. Bedroom 2 features 2 double beds, a TV, and a full bathroom. In the living room, there's a queen sofa bed, A/C, ceiling fan, TV, and DVD. Long-distance calling to the US Mainland and Canada is included. For your outdoor enjoyment, the unit is equipped with beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, and some other beach gear. Great location, interior space, and balcony! PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately because this is a tropical island pest is a common occurrence which is why we specifically mention it. The guest must understand that Hawaii is located in a tropical climate and that insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. Although we will use our best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guests must understand that any contact by the guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of the rental policy. This is a strictly NO SMOKING unit. No smoking is allowed in unit or on outside lanai/ patio. The entire condo is for the guest to use. There are specific locked closets and cabinets for owner items. When on island, you will have access to our on-island property manager who will assist with any maintenance issues or lock-out assistance. The unit is within a 10 minute walk to Ulua/Mokapu beach. You can enjoy refreshing morning jogs from this condo to the beach path, you can walk to all the 5 star hotels. There is public transportation located near by the condo in the Manoli's shopping complex. Most guests rent a car and visit the famous Haleakala crater, Paia town, Lanai, and other wonderful Maui attractions.
