Hawaii taxes are included in our rental fee. Everything you will need is provided in this one-bedroom, ground-level condo in Kihei Kai Nani. The condo complex is not pet-friendly and smoking is restricted. The condo is the second from the right end of building 12 across from the pool. The condo has a standard A/C unit mounted in the lanai window which may not be visible due to window curtains. There is a wall-mounted A/C timer located behind the TV area and A/C and a timer in the bedroom. We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable yet affordably priced property and invite our guests to enjoy the same comforts in a great location on the island of Maui. A king-size bed and a queen sofa bed with an 8-inch thick mattress will sleep a total of four people. (Two adults and 1 or 2 children are recommended.) We ask that guests please observe the no-smoking policy. Laundry facilities with paid washers and dryers are conveniently located next to the large swimming pool across from our building. We have AC in the living room/kitchen area and bedroom. We have ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. Kihei Kai Nani Vacation Resort is located directly across from Kamaole Beach II of the world-renowned Kamaole Beaches. You can walk for over a mile from one beach to the next on some of the softest sand to be found anywhere! Kam II is perfect for swimming and snorkeling with lifeguards on duty-- a great beach for children and adults. Several restaurants and shopping are within walking distance as well as activity info and equipment rentals. World-class golf courses and resorts are just minutes south in Wailea and Makena. Kihei is approximately 12 miles from the Kahului Airport, on the drier, sunny side of the island. For those who choose not to rent a car, there is Speedie Shuttle Airport Service, uber, and bus service. There may be a return of Turtle Tracks which goes between Kihei and Wailea. The condo is being rented in its entirety. Kihei is centrally located to everything Maui has to offer including some of the best beaches in the world. Kihei also has plenty of fine restaurants, grocery stores, shopping complexes and other sightseeing spots.
